Sometimes a Walk Gives a Different Perspective

I decided to walk to the gym this morning since it is only .6 miles from my new house. On the way home I walked a different way and saw something I wouldn’t have if I was zooming along in my car.

I didn’t get a good picture of the top of the tree but there were little knitted yarn balls all over the tree too. It added a bit of whimsy to my walk. Get out and have a walk today, what will you see? :)

    1. *snicker* Hmm, maybe a cold movie theater for you. I grew up in AZ and I completely understand LOL!

  1. Hm… Interesting tree… I guess it was cold? lol… It’s cute!

Errghh… -____-” but I can’t even think about walking right now.. I’d dehydrate and shrivel up like a raisin in a matter of seconds… lol

Ooh~ But a walk later tonight might work. It usually cools down around 9pm. LOL…

  2. Yarn bombing! Always fun to see. :)

I went for a walk around Lake of the Isles earlier (it’s about 0.5 miles from where I live) and saw an egret.

  3. I took a little walk in the neighborhood today. All I saw was the crazy lady that stays on her porch to keep kids off her lawn. I guess she didn’t know school started today.

  4. I live in the sun, so walk a lot, but the most I see is the bird dive bombing the dog just down the circle I live on. It’s funny every time.
Poor tree though you know it has to be burning up with that sweater on. :-)
