Welcome Birthday Guest Lex Valentine!

So happy to be here for Amber’s birthday bash! Hope you had a great birthday, Amber!

My newest release Extraction came out on the 18th of this month. It’s about two Green Berets, former lovers, who rehash their relationship after one extracts the other from a dangerous situation. Shane and Elliott are both dark heroes, but they share a tender love for each other nonetheless. Shane feels he owes Elliott after walking out on him while he was recuperating in the VA hospital. After they get back together, Shane still feels guilty so a birthday surprise for Elliott would be just the thing to make him feel better.

18 or Older to continue!

Shane strode into the kitchen of End of the World, a place he rarely entered since it was Elliott’s domain not his. He didn’t know one end of a spatula from the other. The chef took one look at him and held up a hand, halting Shane in mid-step.

“I’ve got everything under control. Dinner at seven sharp after the rest of your team arrives. Cake with flaming candles and off-key singing from the staff at eight. It’s all set. You just distract the birthday boy until six fifty-five.”

Shane gave the chef a thumbs up and backed out of the kitchen. Elliott’s staff at the End of the World restaurant were well trained and loved their boss. Shane knew everything would be delicious. All he needed to do was keep the birthday boy from discovering the surprise party.

He slipped out the back door, crossed the alley and pushed open the gate to the bungalow he shared with Elliott. His lover had been holed up in his office all morning working on the restaurant’s accounts. He had no idea Shane had called their former teammates a month ago and asked them all to come out to California for a birthday celebration. In fact, Elliott had no idea Shane had anything at all planned for his birthday.

When he entered the office in their small bungalow, he found Elliott just shutting down his computer. He leaned against the doorway and watched as Elliott stood and stretched, the muscles in his back rippling, clearly visible beneath the tight T-shirt.

“What are you looking at?” Elliott asked without turning.

Shane advanced into the room, stepping right into Elliott’s personal space. “You. Always looking at you, El. Can’t seem to look anywhere else.”

Elliott snorted and turned toward Shane, rolling his eyes. “Got any wine with that cheese?” he joked.

Shane shook his head, his gaze locked with Elliott’s. “Not cheese at all. Just the naked truth.”

A flush began to creep up Elliott’s throat and his eyes darkened. Shane noted the signs of his lover’s arousal and smiled. He flicked a finger at Elliott’s cotton covered nipple. When Elliott sucked in a breath, Shane smiled. Gotcha.

Elliott sighed. “You said naked.”

“Oh, I did, baby. I really did.”

Shane began to back Elliott toward the futon on the other side of the room. When it hit the back of Elliott’s legs, Shane pushed and Elliott tumbled down onto the black cushion. He knelt in front of Elliott, tugging at the button fly of the birthday boy’s jeans.

He began to hum the Happy Birthday song as he yanked down Elliott’s jeans and boxers. He pushed Elliott’s T-shirt up, exposing the carved contours of the chest he loved. His fingers danced over Elliott’s skin, teasing his abs and then his nipples.

Elliott panted as Shane caressed him. “Is this my birthday present?”

“You can call it anything you want,” Shane growled before licking his way up the inside of Elliott’s hard thigh. He stopped just shy of Elliott’s crotch, watching as the thick cock in front of him grew longer and stiffer.

Elliott’s long fingers dug into the futon’s cushion. Shane loved how his touch affected Elliott. He loved watching his partner’s reactions. And he loved teasing Elliott.

“Can I call it a blow job?”

Shane heard the note of humor in Elliott’s voice and nipped at the inside of his thigh. Elliott shuddered and Shane decided he didn’t want to disappoint the birthday boy. Without answering, he bent and took Elliott’s cock into his mouth, deeper and deeper until the head nestled in the back of his throat.

Elliott cried out, his back bowing as he thrust his hips toward Shane’s face. Shane swirled his tongue around Elliott’s flesh as he sucked, one hand cupping his lover’s tight balls. Every twitch of every muscle in Elliott’s body registered with Shane. He’d never been as connected to a man as he was to Elliott, but then, he’d never been in love until he’d met Elliott. He had a really special celebration planned for Elliott and afterward, when the guys had left for their motel, he’d take El for a walk on the beach. A walk that also included a ring and moonlight proposal.

Shane smiled as he sucked Elliott’s cock. Sex was a great distraction, something to keep them both occupied for a couple of hours until it was time for the surprise party.  He slurped and licked and listened to Elliott’s moans. Satisfaction swirled inside Shane. Elliott’s sex sounds had always been one of the hottest things about him. Shane could sense that Elliott was close to orgasm so he renewed his efforts to bring his partner off.

“Damn it, Shane. I’m going to come!” Elliott groaned, his body tensing. “I don’t want to. Want you inside me.”

With a last lick, Shane lifted his head. His gaze met Elliott’s. With his face flushed and his eyes glazed, Elliott appeared entirely debauched and sexy as hell.

“You can have that too,” Shane promised. “But first…”

He bent his head and again sucked Elliott to the root. Elliott half-screamed and his body arched. His hands scrabbled at the futon and then one moved to cradle the side of Shane’s face. Shane tugged at Elliott’s balls and felt the hard flesh in his mouth jerk before hot spurts of cum shot down his throat.

Elliott tossed his head side to side on the back of the futon, obviously lost in ecstasy.  Shane swallowed every drop of semen as he watched his lover. Elliott’s body was so beautiful, all carved muscle and pale gold skin. But it was the man inside the body that held Shane’s heart and always would even when they were both old and gray.

When Shane pulled off, he sat back on his heels, waiting for Elliott to open his eyes. After a couple of minutes, Elliott heaved a deep sigh and his eyelids lifted.

“I love you, El. Always have. Always will.”

Elliott’s lashes flickered as he looked down, then back up, fixing on Shane. “I know. The feeling is entirely mutual.”

“Good.”

Getting to his feet Shane held out one hand. When Elliott grasped it, Shane pulled him up into his arms. They held each other tightly for a long moment, words completely unnecessary.

“Happy birthday, El,” Shane whispered into Elliott’s ear.

Elliott nuzzled Shane’s neck. “Take me to bed.”

“You got it. But only until dinner.”

A laugh burst from Elliott. “I wouldn’t dare not feed you.”

Shane growled. “You just did. But I won’t turn down dinner later.”

“You’re going to make me cook on my birthday?” Elliott gasped in mock outrage.

A smirk turned up Shane’s lips. “Nah. We’ll just let your chef surprise us, shall we?”

Trailing his tongue down Shane’s neck to his shoulder, Elliott’s reply was muffled and Shane couldn’t really make it out. But he didn’t need to hear Elliott’s words to know Elliott’s intent. He glanced at the clock. Five thirty. He had just under ninety minutes to occupy Elliott before the surprise party. And every single minute of the time he spent distracting his lover would be very well spent.

His Special Forces commander calls in a favor and pulls in Shane’s former lover and teammate Elliott Hutchens for an extraction.
