  1. We have two traditions in my family: getting a St. Nick’s day gift (that started when I was a child and I do it with my own) and I started giving Advent Calendars in our household. I would honestly love to see a good old fashioned advent calendar featured in a book. They always bring such excitement and joy to my kids.

  2. I’m pagan, so I like it when books have characters celebrating one of the sabbats (Samhain, Yule, Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lughnasadh, Mabon) .

  3. I don’t really have any traditions except going to my sisters early to help her get things ready. I think a Thanksgiving book would be great for shifters.

  4. I love decorating the tree as a family. Now that my boys no longer live at home, I really miss doing this.

  5. A farm owned by shifters are getting some kids from a war torn place and need love and support.

  6. Getting together with the family.

I think I’ll like to see any type of traditional holiday scene as I haven’t really grown up or developed any of my own. It’s nice to see the different ways people celebrate.

  7. The only tradition that has continued with my off spring is the one about toasting the family at 11am on Christmas day where ever they may be. It’s been something that, as an army and navy family, has continued through many generations even though none of the youngest generation is in any service now.

  8. I think holiday foods is the best thing about traditions, making pies and things as a family that we dont usually make during the rest of the year. I like reading and the bon fires that wolf packs have on the full moon or other celebrations they have on the pack run days.

  9. I love Christmas, we have traditions that go back to our great great grandparents. It’s a time when we try to enjoy as a family and be together. So, maybe a book with Santa and elves helping out a shifter or other paranormal.

  10. We see a lot of the traditional American holidays. I think I would like to see something different from various cultures. We all celebrate different things at different times depending on our religion and place we live and I would love to travel the world through imagery in books.

  11. I agree with dragontieggs. It would be nice to “see” another place and culture through their festive celebrations and good characters in a paranormal setting.
